Job Overview
The Director of Human Resources and Administration is a key role within Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, responsible for leading the human resources function across multiple locations. Responsibilities
This role encompasses both field and corporate responsibilities, requiring a skilled leader to manage HR functions across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to driving the culture, engagement, staffing, recruiting, and retention.
• Planning, leading, developing, coordinating, and implementing policies, processes, and training initiatives to support the organization's needs.
• Administering or overseeing the administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Identifying staffing and recruiting needs; developing and executing best practices for hiring and talent management.
• Conducting research and analysis of organizational trends, including reviewing reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
• Monitoring and ensuring the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations;
• Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Facilitating professional development, training, and certification activities for the team.
• Performing other duties as required.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least ten years of human resource management experience; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop informed recommendations.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of employment-related laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
