Key Responsibilities:Apply your expertise in social science disciplines, research methodologies, and statistics to analyze workforce demographics for Aerospace. Develop or contribute to solutions to moderate-scope problems. Work independently with guidance from senior colleagues. Lead or mentor junior employees. Explore and leverage data sources using scientific processes and technologies to uncover business insights.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience conducting social science, public health, or labor and workforce research
- 2+ years of experience creating written communication products for non-technical clients, including research reports and information papers
- Experience interpreting statistical findings and presenting data results to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a Social Science or Data Science field
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience applying public health and social science research in a government setting
- Knowledge of multivariate statistical methods, including logistic regression or multilevel modeling
- Ability to operationalize key research concepts
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $81,400 to $183,000 (USD). We offer a competitive compensation package, including comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
