Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Medication Management: Observe and document client compliance with medication regimes as outlined in the treatment plan.

  • Program Implementation: Assist in implementing programs as specified by the supervisor.
  • Group Activities: Facilitate group activities according to the program schedule and implement individualized care plans developed by the treatment team.
  • Client Empowerment: Assist clients in learning basic needs and securing appropriate entitlements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Effective Communication: Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's degree or two years of experience or related college coursework in a related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • Experience: At least two years of related work or related college experience.
