Position Summary

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY


The Retail Associate will support the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in daily store operations and performance objectives, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and assist all customers.
  • Engage in pricing, showcasing, and selling merchandise within established guidelines.
  • Process refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Accurately apply discounts and promotional offers.
  • Package merchandise appropriately.
  • Utilize cash registers and other sales equipment to process transactions.
  • Maintain proper inventory rotation.
  • Monitor store activities to prevent loss and report any suspicious behavior.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the store and processing areas.
  • Adhere to attendance policies.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies.
  • Participate in regular team meetings.
  • Serve as a positive example for peers and customers.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
