This role requires a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and patient wellness. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritizing the needs of patients and their families. The position also involves precepting new nurses and contributing to the development of our clinical team.
- Direct care includes specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units of moderate to high patient acuity
- American Association of Critical-Care Nurses' (AACN) core curriculum and various specialty certification standards are included in evidence-based care models for each unit
- Clinical Educators support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation
