- Full-time Hospitalists have the autonomy to design their own schedules, typically consisting of eight 24-hour shifts or 19 to 12 12-hour shifts monthly, without on-call responsibilities or office management duties.

- Known for having the most extensive robotic surgery program in the Mid-Atlantic, providing a wide array of medical services and 24/7 emergency care, including pediatric and Level II Trauma services.
- Specializes in maternal and child health, surgical services, urological treatments, cancer care with advanced radiation therapy, rehabilitation programs, and extensive diagnostic imaging services.
The facility is situated in a vibrant area, recognized for its abundant parks, lakes, golf courses, and walking paths, alongside numerous shopping and dining options.
