Per Diem RN Opportunity

Legacy Lifecare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis. As a member of our home care services team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes or assisted living facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide kind and compassionate care to residents, including basic care and treatments as needed.
  • Observe residents, chart, and report changes in their conditions, such as response to medication or treatment.
  • Collaborate with our highly skilled and supportive care team to deliver individualized care.
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Current nursing experience, preferably in home care, hospice, rehab, or long-term care.
  • Reliable transportation for home visits in the West Roxbury, Newton, Wellesley, and Jamaica Plain communities.
