About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at AnthroMed Education. As a Clinical Fellow, you will work closely with our experienced SLPs to support students in school districts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with staff to enhance speech and language development in the classroom setting for students K-8th grade.
  • Complete all job duties within required timelines per federal and state law, district policy, and procedures.
  • Determine eligibility of students for speech therapy services.
  • Use a variety of service delivery models, evidence-based practices, and facilitate professional development for teachers and support staff.
  • Provide accommodations in the classroom including visual aids or supports, or augmentative communication systems.
  • Provide speech and language therapy for eligible students.
  • Participate in team meetings for the development of students' individualized education programs.
  • Complete relevant paperwork within required timelines per federal and state law, district policy, and procedures.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience working with K-8th grade children in a school-based or pediatric setting.
  • A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • A valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.
  • A valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
