Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly Operations: Assemble products in compliance with quality standards, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications.
  • Production Requirements: Meet daily production requirements, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Workplace Safety: Maintain clean and safe workstations, adhering to 5S principles and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Standardized Work: Maintain standardized work processes, following Lean principles and adhering to IMS guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Understand and implement product quality standards, both internal and external, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Authority to Stop Production: Understand and exercise the authority to stop production builds and shipment of product due to product quality concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and write.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.
  • Reasoning Ability: Displays the willingness to make decisions and exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50-75lbs, stoop, kneel, reach, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.
Work Environment

The Production Associate will work in a fast-paced production floor environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
