About the Role

We're seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Mercy, a leading healthcare provider. As a key member of our imaging department, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform specialized MRI procedures on patients, resulting in high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation by radiologists.
  • Provide patient care and support essential to these procedures, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for patients.
  • Apply principles of MR safety to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of relevant experience or graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program or MRI Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.
  • ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required; Advanced registry (MRI) working in the area.
  • Technical skills in medical scanning, understanding of cross-sectional anatomy, and 3D knowledge.
