The Custom Crate Builder will be responsible for working in a team environment to package and protect products for shipment and to ensure needed items meet shipping schedules.

• Assemble and build wooden crates, boxes, and pallets
• Package and protect products for shipment
• Operate forklifts to move crates, boxes, and pallets
• Organize and optimize space for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Label products with shipping information
• Perform any other duties required to support business operations and facilities maintenance as assigned by Management

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Valid forklift operator's license or the ability to obtain one
• Physical strength and endurance to lift and move heavy materials, up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping

The Custom Crate Builder position requires the ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.), operate equipment, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
