We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Registry Ally, Inc. as a Clinical Specialist. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD, utilizing evidence-based ABA techniques and strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Monitor progress regularly and make program changes as indicated to ensure effective treatment.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB, required.
- Ability to work with integrity and adhere to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies.
- Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
