Tu función implica gestionar una carga de trabajo limitada basada en las preferencias del personal respecto a las áreas geográficas de servicio y las horas trabajadas.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Colaborar con los directores en la incorporación de nuevos clientes
- Administrar la carga de trabajo según las preferencias del personal
- Establecer y mantener los horarios de los clientes
- Documentar todas las interacciones de manera precisa
- Comunicarte de manera efectiva con los clientes y la dirección
- Asistir a los clientes en el desarrollo de habilidades y el logro de objetivos
- Completar hojas de tiempo y documentación de manera oportuna
- Asegurar profesionalismo y confidencialidad en todo momento
- Asistir a reuniones y capacitaciones requeridas
- Proporcionar transporte a los clientes según sea necesario
- Registrar los detalles de las visitas a los clientes a través del sistema EVV
- Participar en el aprendizaje continuo y la observación laboral
Requisitos:
- Licencia de conducir válida y seguro
- Diploma de secundaria/GED
- Estudio de antecedentes de DHS limpio
- Transporte confiable
Compensación:
Este puesto ofrece una tarifa inicial de $18/hora y reembolso de millaje a la tasa del IRS. Todos los empleados deben pasar una verificación de antecedentes antes de la contratación.
