Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Colaborar con los directores en la incorporación de nuevos clientes
  • Administrar la carga de trabajo según las preferencias del personal
  • Establecer y mantener los horarios de los clientes
  • Documentar todas las interacciones de manera precisa
  • Comunicarte de manera efectiva con los clientes y la dirección
  • Asistir a los clientes en el desarrollo de habilidades y el logro de objetivos
  • Completar hojas de tiempo y documentación de manera oportuna
  • Asegurar profesionalismo y confidencialidad en todo momento
  • Asistir a reuniones y capacitaciones requeridas
  • Proporcionar transporte a los clientes según sea necesario
  • Registrar los detalles de las visitas a los clientes a través del sistema EVV
  • Participar en el aprendizaje continuo y la observación laboral

Requisitos:

  • Licencia de conducir válida y seguro
  • Diploma de secundaria/GED
  • Estudio de antecedentes de DHS limpio
  • Transporte confiable

Compensación:

Este puesto ofrece una tarifa inicial de $18/hora y reembolso de millaje a la tasa del IRS. Todos los empleados deben pasar una verificación de antecedentes antes de la contratación.
