We are a Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center providing comprehensive primary care services to the underserved population in northern Arizona.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at North Country HealthCare AZ. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and developing treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients, including physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Conduct routine check-ups and health screenings
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices
- MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
- Attractive total compensation package ranging from $205,000.00 to $225,000.00 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice
