POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Nurse delivers comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, employing nursing methodologies to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
This role operates within the established policies and procedures of the healthcare facility, showcasing professional development and accountability.The Clinical Nurse is tasked with upholding practice standards and coordinating the patient care activities of all assigned personnel to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing services.
Qualifications:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of an accredited nursing program.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
New graduates from a nursing program are welcome to apply.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or an NLC/eNLC Multistate License is required. BLS certification is mandatory.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
For PRN roles:
A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is advantageous. Advanced certification in a relevant specialty area is desirable (refer to addendum). Experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
