Dishroom Attendant

Glory Days Grill is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our kitchen and dining areas.

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils, and place them in racks to send through the dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes, and carry them to the cook's line and other proper storage areas.
• Change dishwater in the dish machine every hour.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Remove trash and garbage to the dumpster.
• Set up or break down the dishwashing area.
• Clean and roll/unroll mats.
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
• Sweep/mop floors.
• Assemble/disassemble the dish machine.
• Sweep up trash around the exterior of the restaurant and garbage dumpster.
• Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
• Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry.
• Notify the manager if the dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
• Do not touch dirty dishes before touching clean dishes without washing hands first.

Working Conditions: Glory Days Grill restaurants are fast-paced and active work environments. You may experience physical discomfort due to temperature and noise.
