Garage Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Garage Porter to join our team at LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC. As a Garage Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our garages and surface lots, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our customers.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of garages and surface lots, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash.
• Perform general maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and painting, as needed.
• Assist with snow removal and winter upkeep, including managing sidewalks and garages.
• Operate garage/floor sweepers and scrubbers to ensure floors are clean and safe.
• Ensure all daily duties on the maintenance checklist are completed efficiently and timely.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers by name and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with vehicle assistance and provide information about our services.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with general facility maintenance and customer relations.
• Parking industry experience is a plus, but not required.

• Competitive pay rate of $22.00/hour.
