Key Qualifications: Candidates must possess substantial experience in handling folding cartons specifically within the food packaging sector.

Core Responsibilities
  • Operate the Folder/Gluer Machine to produce printed packaging materials that meet client specifications.
  • Adjust and troubleshoot the gluer machine while monitoring its performance.
  • Prepare the gluer through various tasks to ensure a consistent, high-quality output by managing the feeding, taking over, and inverting of batches of blanks.
  • Utilize quick settings for high productivity and precision operations to resolve defects and make necessary adjustments.
  • Supervise general technicians engaged in equipment maintenance.
  • Make operational adjustments and clear jams while maintaining product speed and quality.
Essential Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience operating Folder/Gluer equipment in the food packaging industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer and mathematical skills necessary for calculating percentages, weights, and measures.
Non-Negotiable Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in Folder/Gluer operation, including setup, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments in the food packaging industry.
  • Ability to operate straight line, auto-bottom, and 4 and 6 corner cartons.
