These ADLs encompass personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence support.

Work Schedule:

We are actively seeking Senior Care Assistants for both Part-Time and Full-Time positions. Our typical schedules are structured around 4-hour increments, offering flexibility with shift lengths of 4, 8, or 12 hours. Our main objective is to create a consistent schedule for our Senior Care Assistants.

Client Locations:

We provide various shift options to assist clients residing in multiple communities. Our Recruiting Coordinator is available to help you identify suitable work opportunities that align with your preferred schedule and location.

Responsibilities of a Senior Care Assistant:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping duties and preparing meals
  • Offering incidental transportation for appointments, errands, and activities
  • Reminding clients to take their medications
  • Assisting with personal grooming, bathing, dressing, and incontinence care
  • Supporting clients with Alzheimer's or Dementia

Qualifications for Senior Care Assistants:

  • Ability to treat seniors and their belongings with dignity and respect.
  • Excellent listening skills, demonstrating patience and friendliness.
  • Completion of a Background Check, DMV check, and Drug Screening.
  • Possession of a Valid Driver's License, Social Security Card, and valid Auto Insurance.
