Primary Care Physician Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team at Northeast Healthcare Recruitment. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional primary care to our patients in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and acute office visits, as well as home visits as needed, to provide high-quality patient care.
- Administer annual wellness visits and health risk assessments to promote patient health and well-being.
- Care coordination with other providers, specialists, testing facilities, and agencies to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Population health leadership, in coordination with the Care Team, to develop and implement effective patient care strategies.
- Assist the care team with phone triage and outreach to ensure timely and effective patient communication.
- Educate patients on their health conditions, care plans, and treatments to promote patient empowerment and self-management.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary with quarterly bonus based on quality metrics.
- 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of vacation, sick time, major holidays, and continuing medical education (CME).

Required Qualifications:
- National certification in at least one of the following specialties: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active, non-probationary state physician license.
- 1+ year direct primary care experience as a Physician.
- Active DEA license.
