Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-service, high-volume hospitality and the ability to train, develop, and coach a group of talented people.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Collaborate with our management team to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Build lasting relationships with trust and respect on all levels.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Culinary Manager in a high-volume environment.
- Strong cooking from scratch ability and knowledge of menu planning and execution.
- Ability to train, develop, and coach a group of talented people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServSafe certification.
