Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at our medical center in El Paso, Texas.
About the FacilityOur 327-bed medical center is a Joint Commission accredited facility that offers comprehensive medical services and a wide range of specialties, including cardiology, women's services, oncology, and rehabilitation. We are committed to providing high-quality care to residents of the Greater El Paso area and have received national accolades for our service, including the Silver Performance Achievement Award from the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association for high standards in stroke care, CARF accreditation, and a prestigious Pathway to Excellence designation.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care to critically ill neonates in the NICU. This will include administering treatments, managing ventilators, and performing tracheal care and suctioning. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing situations.
Requirements- Texas Medical Board License
- BLS, NRP, STABLE, PALS certifications
- Experience working in a NICU or PICU setting
- NRP, STABLE, PALS certifications
- Experience working with Servo U, Respironics V-60's, and Hamilton C1/MR1 ventilators
