Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their swimming skills.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver aquatic programs and events.
Requirements
  • Red Cross WSI certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test.
