Janitorial Specialist

At Interstate Building MTC, Inc., we are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaner to join our team. As a fast-growing national janitorial and maintenance company, we pride ourselves on creating healthy and safe environments for our clients.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to perform cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting tasks in various areas of our client's sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for dusting and wet mopping floors.
• Responsible for removing trash and replacing trash can linings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
