Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Building Science Project Engineers to join our team in completing Property & Facility Condition Assessments and due diligence reports for our clients across the country. This role involves conducting assessments of buildings to evaluate the condition of building systems, providing recommendations for immediate repairs, and determining future building system replacements using industry standards and observations.


Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct site reconnaissance, data compilation, and project research (historical, regulatory, etc.)
  • Author technical reports and prepare quality supporting documents (maps, appendices, etc.)
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status
  • Provide solid recommendations and solutions to the Project Manager and client
  • Coordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and/or construction/cost estimating
  • 3+ years of experience performing property inspections
  • 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions
