About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a skilled Transaction Processor to join our PFI Retail team in Covington, KY. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting various business units across Fidelity by processing electronic documents and checks with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data capture and form recognition on electronic documents and checks to ensure customer satisfaction and security.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet internal service delivery goals and legal and regulatory deadlines.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products to efficiently process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of financial industry practices and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of electronic transaction processing experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Minimum 1 year of 10-key data entry experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of financial industry practices and regulations (preferred).
