Position Summary

We are currently seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to lead the design and construction of cutting-edge retail properties.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in retail construction and demonstrate a proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance during the project initiation phase, advising on various methodologies to meet client objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.

  • Oversee financial management, ensuring timely invoicing and monitoring of project budgets.

  • Prepare formal reports on project budget status and progress.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Maintain a repository of key insights and learnings from each project.
  • Establish robust project governance and processes.
  • Conduct research on construction market trends in the US, including data analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and communicate suggestions to management.
  • Ensure awareness of quality, safety, health, and environmental considerations.
  • Support business development initiatives with current and prospective clients.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to manage projects to high-quality standards, ensuring timely completion.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Effective collaboration as part of a project delivery team.
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholders and project streams.
  • Strong client-facing skills.
  • University degree and PMP certification in a construction-related field.
  • Experience in fast-paced retail construction environments.
  • Consultancy experience is advantageous.
