Position Summary

We are currently seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to lead the design and construction of cutting-edge retail properties.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in retail construction and demonstrate a proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance during the project initiation phase, advising on various methodologies to meet client objectives.

  • Conduct research on construction market trends in the US, including data analysis.

  • Support business development initiatives with current and prospective clients.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to manage projects to high-quality standards, ensuring timely completion.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.

  • Experience managing diverse stakeholders and project streams.

  • University degree and PMP certification in a construction-related field.
