As a Waste Management Assistant with Community Concierge Services LLC, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' properties in the Oakwood GA area. Your primary duties will include collecting waste and recyclables from residents' doors and transporting them to the designated collection areas.

1. Collecting and transporting waste and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
3. Providing excellent customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• A valid driver's license and access to an open bed truck.
• A smartphone with a data plan for communication purposes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
