We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinician to join our team in Bethesda, MD. As a Thriveworks clinician, you will have the opportunity to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions, working closely with clients to help them achieve their mental health goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a minimum of 15 sessions per week, either in-person or via telehealth
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
