Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Jacent Strategic Merchandising. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies
  • Execute merchandising resets to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Build retail displays to showcase products and drive sales
  • Merchandise impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks to maximize sales opportunities
  • Implement plan-o-grams to optimize product placement and sales

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable in changing environments and able to meet physical requirements of the role
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships with business partners
  • Reside within 20 miles of Jackson Hole, WY
