Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team at Methodist Texsan Hospital. As a Traveling EP Tech, you will have the opportunity to work in our state-of-the-art Cath Lab and EP Lab, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiac program.

Responsibilities
  • Perform complex EP procedures, including device placement and ablations
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Operate GE Mac Lab EMR and other equipment with ease and efficiency
  • Participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage
  • Meet the requirements for certification, including RCIS, RCES, or ARRT
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
  • Complex PCI experience, including Impella placement/management and IABP placement/management
  • Recording experience with GE Mac Lab EMR
  • Preferred: EP Lab experience, EP device placement, EP ablations, and EP studies
  • Preferred: Peripheral vascular intervention experience
  • Preferred: Flexibility with scheduling and ability to take extra call
