Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a Physical Therapist - Outpatient Pelvic Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to patients with pelvic health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard physical therapy practices.
  • Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers on physical therapy procedures and modalities.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current state Physical Therapist license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Basic Computer skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clinical background experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
Work Environment

This position is located at our American Fork and Saratoga Springs clinics. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
