Job Summary:
As a CT Tech Team Leader at Baptist Health, you will oversee the daily flow of patients through the department and coordinate daily exam assignments. You will be responsible for quality control of the section as designated by the Section Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional environment through a clean and orderly department, adherence to dress code, and personal actions.
- Oversee daily workflow and quality control.
- Manage computerized image data.
- Collect patient histories and coordinate with radiologists.
- Administer contrast media per physician guidelines.
- Handle scheduling in the Section Coordinator's absence.
- Maintain accurate records for cases.
- Transport patients as needed.
- Assist with invasive procedures.
- Report staffing issues and equipment malfunctions.
- Direct staff and participate in training.
- Recommend supplies and modifications.
- Assist in candidate interviews and evaluations.
Requirements:
Graduate of accredited school of Radiology Technology.
Active KBMIRT at time of hire. ARRT or NMTCB with CT certification within 90 days of hire.
CT Registry is required within one year of employment.
Management Experience preferred.
Current BCLS certification within 90 days of hire
