Our outpatient orthopedic facility is looking for a licensed physical therapist (PT) to provide exceptional care to a diverse patient population across all ages and abilities.
Schedule:
Full-time position with 40 hours of patient care during weekdays, including an early finish on Fridays. Evening shifts until 7 PM are required on two nights per week, with the last patient scheduled an hour prior. Alternative schedules may be considered.
Bonus:
Up to $20,000 available

Responsibilities:
Adhere to state practice acts and regulations governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
Evaluate, treat, and manage treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy, documenting medical necessity clearly.
Maintain respectful and open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Participate in facility meetings as directed by management.
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
Valid State Physical Therapist License
Current CPR certification required
