Essential Responsibilities- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed, monitoring residents' responses and adjusting medication regimens as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery and promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.
