Cardiac Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Physician Assistant to join our team at Sutter Health. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and implementing medical care for patients in collaboration with a physician.
Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments, including obtaining medical information, reviewing patient records, and performing physical exams.
- Provide health care services to patients under the direction of a physician.
- Administer or order diagnostic tests and interpret test results.
- Develop and implement patient management plans and record progress notes.
- Instruct and counsel patients on compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens.
- Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- PA-Physician Assistant licensure and certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 2 years of recent relevant experience.
This position may regularly work with hazardous drugs and requires the ability to maintain composure during challenging interpersonal interactions.
