About Us:

Total Care ABA is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT at Total Care ABA, you will play a vital role in implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting clients in reaching their goals.

About the Role:

As an RBT, you will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will provide hands-on support and implement behavior intervention plans to help clients acquire new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.">
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings, such as home, school, or community.">
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using designated data collection methods.">
• Assist clients in acquiring and mastering skills across various domains, including communication, social interaction, self-help, and academic skills.">
• Implement behavior management strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior.">
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify behavior intervention plans based on client progress and needs.">
• Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with clients, families, and other stakeholders.">
• Communicate regularly with the BCBA and team members to update on client progress, challenges, and successes.">
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in ABA therapy.">
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and relevant regulatory bodies.">
