- Supervise and coordinate treatment with support staff, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
- Track and analyze clinic metrics to inform quality improvement initiatives and optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a professional and welcoming environment that promotes patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arkansas.
- 2-3 years of experience in an outpatient setting, preferably in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
- Excellent knowledge of physiology and best practices in occupational therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
