Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and take appropriate action in the event of an adverse reaction.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering patients to take an active role in their care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in Texas
- BCLS certification
- ACLS certification (completed within 6 months of hire)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science (preferred)
- Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing
