Del Sol Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Ortho Trauma team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and take appropriate action in the event of an adverse reaction.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering patients to take an active role in their care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure in Texas
  • BCLS certification
  • ACLS certification (completed within 6 months of hire)
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science (preferred)
  • Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing
