Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Specialist to support content development and dissemination, coordination, and community building efforts as part of our flagship initiative, the AI Governance Alliance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with technology practice leads across the Centre to drive aspects of initiative delivery, community building, and engaging constituents in the development of new globally oriented technology, policy, and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Exercise discretion and independent judgment to coordinate and maintain initiative plans and timelines.Assist in community building efforts through effective communication and engagement with current and prospective partners.Drive effective initiative coordination through collaboration and process management.Analyze complex policy issues to contribute to team deliverables and presentations.Develop processes as required and share knowledge across the team.Collaborate with the Events team to manage event logistics.Disseminate content and generate interest in the team's activities through digital and traditional media.Track trends in the development of Data and AI and ongoing efforts related to technology and governance.Engage and coordinate public and private partners from industry, government, academia, international organizations, and civil society.Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred.Two years' experience in work related to data and AI ecosystems and/or policy.Strategic and creative skills in project management, community management, research, writing, and presentation.Knowledge of and interest in technology and the Data and AI ecosystems.Demonstrated ability to work across different cultures and with high-level officials and executives.Proven experience thriving in multicultural, highly collaborative work environments.Results-driven, proactive, self-starter, and team player.Why Work at the Forum?
