The Job:

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating the overall nursing care and functions within our oncology department. Your expertise will ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the overall nursing care and functions within the oncology department.
  • Coordinate the activities of the unit and direct, organize, and assign work to the nursing staff.
  • Assess, monitor, and educate the nursing staff on patient care.
  • Institute emergency procedures as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Florida.
  • At least two years of experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is required.
  • Fluency in the English language and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Current CPR certification required.
Benefits:
