Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Riverwalk Casino Hotel. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol casino premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of entrances
  • Investigate disturbances and report any irregularities to immediate supervisor
  • Provide assistance to guests and employees as needed, including escorting employees with money banks and table fills
  • Check identification of guests entering the casino to ensure they are at least 21 years of age
  • Stay informed of services, promotions, and events to provide excellent guest service
  • Perform duties as shuttle driver and valet when necessary
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide support with COVID-19 protocols

Requirements

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret instructions and deal with several variables
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
