Merchandiser Specialist Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for representing our clients' products in retail stores, ensuring that their merchandise is displayed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Locate and stock merchandise in the backroom of stores to ensure that products are easily accessible to customers.
  • Front face products to create visually appealing displays that drive sales.
  • Install and place promotional materials, such as signs and banners, to promote our clients' products.
  • Reset displays and product areas to maintain a high level of visual appeal and ensure that products are easily accessible to customers.
  • Represent our clients and our company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
