Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients, general contractors, superintendents, safety officers, field personnel, estimators, and project managers to ensure project success.
- Proficiently interpret plans and specifications across all disciplines related to typical water and wastewater projects, including AutoCAD installation drawings for field teams.
- Manage project billings, budgets, purchase orders, and process change order requests along with other essential project documentation.
- Conduct thorough reviews and preparations of submittals and operations and maintenance manuals.
- Develop logical and sequential project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project.
