Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and create comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to address physical disabilities, disorders, and injuries.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-management and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with physical therapist assistants and certified athletic trainers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Valid BLS and/or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
