We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Optician to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our optical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the delivery of our brand promise.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver daily sales goals by executing the guest experience behaviors flawlessly.
- Ensure a simple, fun, and in-style fashion experience through the implementation of the playground rules.
- Build brand awareness by attracting new guests from the host to optical.
- Develop and maintain professional business partnerships with the target optical doctor and target host.
- Model the target optical personal style dress code.
- Create an amazing guest experience on every visit by accurately fitting and dispensing fashionable products to guests.
- Follow all operating policies and procedures at the highest level, including training, timely and accurate implementation of approved marketing/merchandising programs and promotions, accurate completion of all sales transactions, and utilization of all sales strategies and resources.
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions/interactions with guests.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensed as required by state.
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Basic computer skills.
- Selling skills.
- Driver for results.
- Self-motivated.
- Critical thinking.
- Accountability.
- Accuracy in measurements.
