About the RoleWe are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Sales and Service Representatives to join our team. As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales, retaining existing members, and growing our overall book of business through our multiple product offerings. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize advanced sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs and generate new sales
- Effectively overcome objections to close sales and retain existing insureds
- Meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and assigned by the Insurance Agent's manager
- Conduct insurance reviews for clients to identify suitable products and provide recommendations
- Use provided tools and underwriting guidelines to assess risk, recommend products, and issue policies
- Engage in market-based interactions to solicit new business, create and expand business networks, and build customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests relating to insurance, membership, and financial products
As a Sales and Service Representative with The Auto Club Group, you can expect a competitive hourly rate, commissions, and other incentives. Requirements- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Current Life Insurance Sales license
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to obtain and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products and AAA Life Insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced, computer-automated business environment
