Job Summary

Woodland Joint Unified seeks a skilled Paraprofessional II to support special instructional programs, including special education, interagency, and district-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist teachers and staff in developing and implementing programs, materials, and tests to enhance student learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Assist teachers and staff in developing and implementing programs, materials, and tests to enhance student learning experiences.
Provide support for special instructional programs, including special education, interagency, and district-wide initiatives.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the instructional assistant programs throughout the District.

Requirements
High School degree or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher, or completed two years (48 semester units) of study at an institution of higher education, or must pass District adopted test meeting State and Federal rigorous standards.
One year additional training or experience working with students in a structured classroom or equivalent setting required.
First Aid and CPR certification required.
