We are looking for an experienced Clinical Counselor to join our team at UC Health Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO. This part-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $31.61 to $47.41 per hour.

About the Job:

As a Clinical Counselor, you will work with patients and their families to identify and address social, emotional, economic, and environmental problems. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, planning interventions, and providing short-term treatment plans for mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, conditions, and addictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients and their families to identify needed interventions.
  • Plan and implement short-term treatment plans.
  • Provide referrals for resources such as transportation, housing, and social services.
  • Participate in case reviews to evaluate care management and progress toward goals.
  • Consult with healthcare team members to promote, monitor, and evaluate compliance with patient's treatment plan.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Social Work.
  • State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
