We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Youth Therapist to join our team at Greater Minnesota Family Services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families by providing high-quality mental health services.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $73,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Todd County, MN

Qualifications:

  • Counselor Level:
    • Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
    • 40 hours of training in delivering services to adults with mental health illness or children with emotional disturbance
    • Clinical supervision from a mental health professional
  • Licensure Candidate:
    • Completed master's degree and working toward licensure
  • Licensed Therapist:
    • Fully licensed mental health professional
  • Experience working with children and families experiencing mental health issues
  • Familiarity with counseling techniques and theories
